Title:                    Administrative Assistant/Office Manager (Part-time)

Direct Reports:   President, Community Relations Director

Start Date:                    January 2015

ABOUT 2NDSATURDAY

2ndSaturday is a West Dallas-based 501(c3) Christian non-profit organization that exists to Reach Lives, Restore Hope and Redeem community in Dallas’ poorest neighborhoods. What started with nine volunteers one Saturday in 2009 has become a growing movement of community stakeholders, church members, businesses and more committed to community transformation. We partner with those on society’s fringes to impact the city’s senior-limited-income-disabled population and at-risk men (former felons, drug-dealers, gang-members). In addition to a monthly community-wide service opportunity at sites in West and South Dallas, 2ndSaturday seeks to partner with at-risk men by employing and investing in them through a gospel-centric social business model that seeks to provide pathways out of poverty and into holistic empowerment.
